SHIELD Act of 2023

Also known as the SHIELD Act, this bill criminalizes the non-consensual distribution of intimate visual depictions and depicts minors with intent to harm. Penalties include fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture. Exceptions for lawful activities exist.
