Dismantle DEI Act

The bill prohibits the use of federal funds for maintaining offices or programs related to diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and accessibility within federal agencies and under federal contracts. It would ban the employment of Chief Diversity Officers or similar positions and stop the use of funds for DEI-related training courses or any training asserting inherent systemic superiority or inferiority based on race, sex, ethnicity, or religion.
