Firearms Interstate Commerce Reform Act

This bill eases federal restrictions on interstate firearm transactions. It allows licensed dealers to sell all types of firearms across state lines if either party is "temporarily located" in a state and permits transactions at temporary sites, which is currently not legal. It also redefines residency for military personnel and federal employees for firearm purchasing purposes, including their duty station and commuting home within their state.
