Term Limits

This bill prohibits county commissioners from seeking re-election if they would have served 8 consecutive years in office by the end of their current term. Additionally, the bill restricts these individuals from qualifying for a ballot for any other county commission seat within the same county until 2 years have passed since their last term concluded.
