Insurance Solutions Advisory Council

This bill establishes an Insurance Solutions Advisory Council within the Office of Insurance Regulation. Comprising diverse stakeholders, it's tasked with examining the state's property and auto insurance markets, offering data-driven recommendations to influence policy. The Council provides annual reports beginning October 1, 2024. Members serve pro bono, reimbursed for related expenses. This advisory body is set to disband on June 30, 2029, unless reenacted.
