Postsecondary Education

This bill prohibits institutions within the Florida College System and state universities from accepting or admitting individuals who are undocumented for federal immigration purposes. This legislative action also updates existing admission policies by incorporating technical and conforming changes while setting an effective date for July 1, 2025.
