Display of Flags by Governmental Entities

This bill prohibits governmental entities from displaying flags that embody political viewpoints, including flags representing racial themes, sexual orientation, gender, or any political ideologies. Governmental entities are required to remain neutral in their representation of political viewpoints through flag displays. The United States flag, however, is an exception to this rule, as the entities must display it prominently. Additionally, the bill empowers people to use reasonable force to it.
