Block the Bombs Act

This bill bars the President from selling, transferring, or exporting certain defense articles or services to Israel—including BLU-109 bombs, JDAM kits, and 155mm artillery—unless Congress authorizes specific uses and Israel provides written assurances of compliance with those purposes and international human rights laws.
