Sheltering or Aiding Unmarried Minors

This bill creates a legal presumption of knowledge of a minor's age for those unlawfully sheltering or aiding minors under 18, offers a defense for actions believed necessary for a minor's welfare, and increases criminal penalties for these offenses.
