Universal Free School Breakfast and Lunch Program

This bill establishes a universal free school breakfast and lunch program. Subject to appropriation the State is to set up and maintain a program offering free school breakfast and lunch to all public school k-12 students. It requires parental notification of this program. The program will maximize federal funding through reimbursements through the National School Breakfast / Lunch Program.
