Call for Convention for Congressional Term Limits

This resolution from the Arizona Legislature asks Congress to call a nationwide convention of states to propose a U.S. constitutional amendment limiting the number of terms members of the House and Senate can serve. While it does not create term limits by itself, it initiates the process for states to collaborate on this change. If enough states pass similar resolutions, Congress would be required to convene the convention.
