Early Voting Sites

This bill grants supervisors of elections greater flexibility in the designation of additional early voting sites in certain areas. Previously only one additional early voting site could be designated. The new bill allows numerous early voting sites that are at least 5 miles away from eligible early voting site locations. Results of early votes cannot be reported before election day close and must be reported by precinct.
