Protection of Medical Freedom

This bill prevents the Department of Health from enrolling individuals into an immunization registry or tracking system without consent. Allows parents to opt their children out of said registry. It bars businesses, health care providers, and governmental entities from requiring proof of vaccination or recovery for access or employment. It also amends civil rights and insurance laws, prohibiting employment discrimination based on vaccination status and creating legal remedies for the aggrieved.
